Need help with Insight Lodge? We’re happy to assist with account questions, bug reports, feature requests, or problems using the Insight Lodge app, the ChatGPT plugin, or the Claude integration.

Before you write

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

• Where you are using Insight Lodge: iPhone, iPad, Mac, ChatGPT or Claude.
• Your device model and OS version, where that applies (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 17).
• The app version (Settings → About → Version).
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• Any error message you saw, copied out in full.

Please do not include passwords, access tokens, authentication or one-time codes, API keys, medical records, government identifiers, payment-card details, or the full text of private insights. Blank out anything sensitive in a screenshot before attaching it. We never need any of it to help you.
