This Privacy Policy explains what information the Insights app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider supplies your name and email address so we can create and identify your account.
• Your content. The insights and categories you create in the App are stored so they are available to you across sessions and devices.

We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store and display the insights and categories you create.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is restricted to your authenticated account; the App isolates each user’s data.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run the App (authentication and hosting), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your insights and categories.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
